Thank you BB for not changing it to no penalty completely, because I would absolutely hate that and it would be atrocious. If there is no penalty, then training would be way too easy, and everyone will have super players, especially small forwards.

Compeletely agree. You have to sacrifice some games to have an allaround

I think the latest changes are pretty logical.

Passing trains fastest at PG, slowest at C, where's the problem with that?

I've no intention of training with a penalty under the present conditions. So for me the change is no change at all.

However, if as you suggest, somehow that penalised percentage was transferred, even to cross training, then I'd consider it.

one time i have to agree with you trainerman.

Its completely unrealistic and it leads to funky unrealistic lineups and kills competition.

and it takes the fun out of training, especially for newcomers it must be weird.

but if you take f.e. the 40% and increase reb instead, or for OD training increase ID or sth. then it could be that we ONLY train OD and PA for a few seasons and have a complete player in the end because of the increased crosstraining effect.

however i think it is a nice idea.

train 100% at the original postion and reduce it (-10%) at all other positions. that 10% of the training will be added to the cross training effect.

I think the idea makes sense and is balanced too, you should post it under suggestions.

Bingo! Just the idea that a phrase exists like "out of position training" is SO illogical and SO unnecessary.
