Thank you for your warm welcome. Any experiences to share is amazing... this is a new area for me to explore and it would be dumb of me not to take any opinions or input that are available.

This post makes it seem as if people do not trust me, before knowing much about me.. even discussing concerns on some facebook page.. So even though this is something I am very interested in, if there are any concerns, by all means I will step down.. My aim here was to learn on the job and get a great experience, but if some of you do not want me to run, I will gladly step down.. support and trust are important to me, so if there is any idea that I am not to be trusted, please let me know and I will step down.. This is important to me, but as community is important to me, I don't want to run if the community isn't prepared to trust me..

just let me know. thank you

Salut mon ami! J'ai habité à Montpellier pendant six mois. C'était une expérience incroyable! Les gens étaient vraiment sympa! À mon avis cet endroit est préférable à Paris.

1)I don't know as much yet, of course I've tried to scout players, but until I have access to their actual ratings (assuming I earned that privelege) it is tough to assess true strengths and weaknesses.

2)I am a big fan of multi skilled players. Especially passing big men and guards who can score inside.. I realize that this is not alwasy possible, but this is what I like. It makes it easier to run versatile offenses, instead of always being predictable. Let's be honest, we are a smaller nation here, and it means we have to try to find any little advantages we can to compete and maybe be successful. Well as far as training, currently doing alot of SF training on my team.. But I'm partial to training big men. Which is why the thought of your young "Gabriel" makes me salivate.. He was arguably the best young big man in u21 last season..(although I'd love to see if he's well rounded outside--becaus that would make him a total beast)... All of that being said, I believe in having role players too ... shotblockers, good two way guards, who could be used as SFs in the right offense.. it's about offensive and defensive flexibility.. Defense should cme first, but sometimes you need that 'x' factor on offense too.

Hope that answers your questions, if not, by all means please ask more.. Sorry it takes me longer lately, the time difference and a busy week, but I've still tried to make the effort to answer questions.. Thanks for taking the time to ask, it's great when people ask questions, it makes it easier to discuss ideas!!

fair enough.. i totally understand your concerns and point of view.. So to make it right.. I will step down.. I wouldn't want to be your NT if you didn't trust me.. so I will rescind my candidacy. Thank you for your honesty and i wish you and your nation all the best moving forward.. I shall look for NT experience elsewhere..

Peace be with you all!
