Salut mon ami! J'ai habité à Montpellier pendant six mois. C'était une expérience incroyable! Les gens étaient vraiment sympa! À mon avis cet endroit est préférable à Paris.
1)I don't know as much yet, of course I've tried to scout players, but until I have access to their actual ratings (assuming I earned that privelege) it is tough to assess true strengths and weaknesses.
2)I am a big fan of multi skilled players. Especially passing big men and guards who can score inside.. I realize that this is not alwasy possible, but this is what I like. It makes it easier to run versatile offenses, instead of always being predictable. Let's be honest, we are a smaller nation here, and it means we have to try to find any little advantages we can to compete and maybe be successful. Well as far as training, currently doing alot of SF training on my team.. But I'm partial to training big men. Which is why the thought of your young "Gabriel" makes me salivate.. He was arguably the best young big man in u21 last season..(although I'd love to see if he's well rounded outside--becaus that would make him a total beast)... All of that being said, I believe in having role players too ... shotblockers, good two way guards, who could be used as SFs in the right offense.. it's about offensive and defensive flexibility.. Defense should cme first, but sometimes you need that 'x' factor on offense too.
Hope that answers your questions, if not, by all means please ask more.. Sorry it takes me longer lately, the time difference and a busy week, but I've still tried to make the effort to answer questions.. Thanks for taking the time to ask, it's great when people ask questions, it makes it easier to discuss ideas!!
