These are calculations/observations/concrete data from a substantial amount of users; made only on 18/19 year olds with a level 5 trainer:

DV 1.8 weeks
HN 2.3 weeks
IS 4.5 weeks
JS 4.5 weeks

But my personal experience HN abit faster than DV >_> JS seems right, and IS faster when the player is taller. This I observed when I trained a 21 year old 7'2" player, and a 6'3" 18 year old, and a 6'5" 18 year old for nearly whole season. Seems taller you are, IS is faster (the 21 year old 7'2" popped faster and more IS than younger and shorter player). By how much I am not sure.

depends. DR/HN could pop every 2-3 weeks, JS/IS 3 to 5.

Plan to train 1v1 for the rest of the season. Then choose either OD or ID to train. Anyone care to give me some advice?

If they were my players, I'd go OD. Your MVP has awful OD but if you're patient enough he'd make an awesome LI guard. The older one might be a good PF with some OD and JS. But will take a lot of work. Also not much point training ID for the PA.

Spoken like a true blue pro trainer. I took your advice in OD training, and just barely 2 weeks into the season and I've got him at mediocre OD. This is the update of my players, currently on OD training til the end of the season, or until Ibrahim hits the OD requirement for the U21 (never imagined him representing the U21).

All three of them will be having outside training within these 2 seasons (I reckon, since I'm aiming to get Kong Jia Hui into the U21), then after that I'll focus on their insides.
