I made my speech, and all i could now is to wait. I offered my ideas and even answered your previous doubts. Now let just wait for Singaporeans manager to cast their votes. Hopefully, it will be a fair and fruitlful one

Sadly to say, many others do not read the SG forums. I think i had fail to create public awareness about the elections before stepping in as a candidate for Singapore. But, from the speeches you could see that i had provide at least a future plan unlike the other candidates who are giving a total irrelevant speech or not at all... If there is not even a plan, how can we entrust a person who has not provide any change to the National Team, probably bringing up once but declining soon after that. Its obvious why it failed. Too much old veterans were used in the squad. As a result, more and more grew older and older and soon too old to play. If a speech is just stating about the past and looking for sympathetic votes. Forget about it, lets fail once again. A good leader do things that are right and not what is popular and also anticipating problems and obstacles and plan ahead. Not failing and seeking help from friends or etc.

As the age, they seem to be trained at a slower rate, when a player reaches 29, they tends to slow down. The previous squad was full of veterans. Yes, this might assure some wins, but it didn't. Why not using younger players and SG teams owning those players will feel a sense of importancy to train those selected younger ones.

Thats my stand, do correct me if there are any loopholes.

Plus, due to the poor management in the past... Now we will need time and seasons to prevent any talented young stars from being sold to foreign teams or being trade to wrong hands. This PROBLEM is the major problem why Singapore aren't performing. If you guys just think about it a little. You can trace back to the management person of the NT seasons. That poor management is the root of all problem. What if next few seasons are continued without proper planning against the over pricing players problem. Singapore will continue to decline! I had already address the plans for this problem. Do refer back to the earlier posts...

Thanks.

"Your theory is correct, but your statistics are a bit off.

Can you name me 5 players aged 29 and above who started in the team in season 15 and 16?"

Instead of using this few veterans, younger stars should replace them instead. Get what i mean?
