It is (and always has been) a poor idea to train players to a point where their skill increase is worth less than you could otherwise get for the money. The game engine compares players, so as a general rule, it is valuable to train players to the point that they are more skilled than their opponents and not very valuable to train them past that point. Exactly where that point happens to be, of course, depends upon your opponents (and more generally depends upon how everybody else is training). As an aside, this is one reason shot blocking is often considered worthless -- few people have trained shot blocking to the point that the skill in blocking a shot is comparable to the skill with which the shot is attempted, and the game engine is less responsive to changes in skill when there is a large difference.

naja, wenn man sich deutschlands blocker nummer 1 anschaut die Motte sieht man was davon übrig ist und für das Blocken wird viel gehalt gezahlt - 2-3 Skills zusärtlich ID anstatt den blockenwären da sicher günstiger. Imho war die engine umstellung in der richtung sogar ne verschlechterung.

habe den ältesten jetzt für 600.000 verkauft könnte mir jetzt einen besseren Trainee holen oder den ursprünglichen von mittelmäßig weiter trainieren, ich glaube das ist nicht so optimal oder? Wie sollte denn ein neuer Trainee aussehen viel Blocken und Rebound sollte er haben damit ich primär IV und IS trainiere oder?
