Dont pay the staff that kind of money for the level your at, pay them 5K$ . But pay the pr manager 10-20K$ anything higher than that is not worth it. Unless your winning alot of games.

Cut off the draft player money its not really needed, Unless thats your thing and want to build a young team or want to seel them for profit, but you can buy some of those unwanted drafted players for cheap. I cut mines off till 4 weeks till the draft updates. This saves me alot of money. Sometime i dont put a dime in.

But for the most part is win, if you have one man team then make sure your backup player is just as good in his skills some what because it really effect your team. I think your player is too exepesive for your team, you can get a young player with the same skills for less and have the same results.

But you have alot of options. to create revenue, one would be lower your ticket prices, the other iscut off draft money, get the cheapest staff. some what good pr mananger. our go young with better talent(skills)

I make 1.2 milion a season with my team. I feel 10K is better spent on his team payroll needs rather some draft player, He is going to fire most likely. He can pay the last 4 weeks till the draft of the player which is 40k$ rather than whole season of 200K$ . which is 160K saved. He can still get a solid player in draft. He is worried about money right now

I wasnt saying cut all of your staff off but if they cost more than your players which is unneeded. He should fire and go cheap just keep the pr manager. I feel team need to promote with money. im promoting with 2 mill ion maybe 3 million. Im going to support and retire a few players. i will a very good team with huge arena. :) It 9 season to do it though:)

I'd endorse stashing 10k/week on the draft and letting the points accumulate. At some point you figure a team is going to have a bad season and get a high pick, and they can use the points then. Or if the poster is in a bot-filled series next season then they can use the points next season and still get a good player.

Crap, I didn't realize teams needed to promote with money. I've never, ever had $1M in my bank account at any time, and only over $500k for very limited spurts, and I'm still not nearly satisfied with my arena. Luckily, if it takes a 9 season plan, I've got two more seasons left to catch up with you, though I need to get cracking on finding a way to relegate soon because it's almost impossible for me to get there now!
