This criteria sucks if it excludes Dirk Trujillo and his 22 NT appearances.

EDIT: Didn't see this part:

- Former NT managers may request a special exception to add a player who does not meet the requirements to the ballot.


Consider this my request.

What if a former NT manager specifically requests a certain player NOT be listed?


What if a former NT manager finds his successor and beats him senseless with a cricket bat?


I think explaining the rules of cricket might be even worse...

Speaking of which, I'd like to again point out that Ismael Grubbs, who has played for the US National Team in each of its past two games, is most definitively NOT retired.


I wish he retired before that last play against Germany.
