Once I whip Die Fuche on Friday I will be in. Actually,if anyone has some time I would appreciate any tips on beating this guy (again - Im the only one who beat him in the PL, but his team has improved since then, and so has mine.)

private league games do not benefit the teams in them in any way except through an increaced knowledge and love of your team

nothing that happens in a pl affects anything outside it
no training minutes
no fatuige
no injuries
no experience gains
no income

on the other hand everything outside the pl affects it
injuries
game shape
enthusiasm

i think that covers the lot but if in doubt read naker viruss awesome faq

Well they look like a solid team but clearly are beatable.

There C Alexander González (3110084) has been getting some very good ratings so that is something to consider when you choose their tactics. I probably would avoid low post and look inside. Your guy Simeón Cacho (11861462) is nice but I think Alexander wins this matchup.

The SF Erwin Obernöder (4587048) Small Forward looks good but has been getting much worse ratings, I suspect he has bad defence but is a rebound machine.

In their non-PL games they have been mostly playing look inside (22 from 26 times this season) and 3-2 zone (15 from 22 times) which suggests you may want to try something like a 2-3 zone yourself with a neutral offence like push the ball, patient or base so your team looks for the best shots given, seeing as their C puts you off inside offences and the 3-2 zone puts you off outside offences.

On the other hand in their last PL game they ran princeton and m2m the one before r&g and m2m, which could suggest you should play m2m and look inside.

Helpful or confusing, up to you.

LOL I'm trembling in fear Xerxes...

I've tried to invite everyone who was eligible. for those who I couldn't invite and were on the list, needed to renew their supporter. That is all sorted now, we have 15 teams and need one more

The last spot is Saintstars but he is not responding, so we might have to look for another team. Possum Pete looks like a great candidate but it means we will have to wait for another week to start this PL. I wouldn't mind waiting but I don't know about the others.

I'll give Sainty til midnight tonight to respsond.

I don't mind waiting. But if there is someone else that really wants to be in it then I don't mind letting them have the last spot either.
Ideally I'd rather have it start this Friday purely because I want to see how my team goes before playoffs, but either way is fine :)
