haha yeah there are pros and cons to any decisions that are being made, and it is great that we are having a discussion about it... but like JW has said we need to be less serious and as yoda has said look at the bigger picture.

Sometimes we read things that we don't like or object, and conversations can get a little heated, it happens all the time. But as long as we slog it out and stay focussed on job at hand which is to get 12 new teams in so we can get the next season started, we'll be in good hands. Save the anger and hostilities for the games, who knows you might win a few more games with that kind of energy LOL

At this point in time I'll have to agree with Yoda on the draft here. He has already pointed out all the benefits of it. And it provides a means for new or old (free agent) teams to be selected by the federations.

However some teams on that draft list will have affiliations with some of the feds, so they can be protected. And as BHB and bainsy has suggested, classify all the div3 and div4 teams as protected picks (those with no affiliations will be put on the draft list). And classify all the abbl and div2 as drafted. I do not know of the ramifications of that, but it sounds like a good idea so far.

I feel bad for Bainsenator, he got drafted into the Sharks unwillingly !!!! He probably wanted to be with his friends in the kevin or the guppies. Who are the leaders of team Guppies and Kevins?

Last I heard he didn't have access to Internet or if he did it was very limited. That's a guppy fed question mate

Bainsy is in good hands now! hahah Though I didn't know Bainsy was mates with other teams in other Federations, we wouldn't keep him @ the Sharks against his will! hahah
Though if he is affiliated with the other Feds then he is a perfect example of someone who enjoys the game for what it is regardless of being in the same Fed as his mates or making new mates in other Feds!

that seems to criticise every single thing we ever do and dislike everything. We aren't going to boot him out but if he is so unhappy with every single thing that ever happens I don't know why he doesn't just leave.
