The U21 season has now come to an end and our team finished with a record of 3-5. This included winning 3 of our last 4 games. We had a tough start to the season and I was pretty concerned with the talent on our team, but the efforts of our managers to continually improve our players and to always keep game shapes high eventually helped us turn the corner and have a strong finish.
I'd like to thank the managers of our graduating Seniors for their contributions to the team over the past couple seasons.
Masatomo Saiki - Mythical Man-Mouth
Kenya Mizuno - Antowns Finest
Takahiko Okada - å·¥ç ”äºº
Daisaku Kawaida - *Kyoto Shogun
Naoto Kanesaka - S-f 29 team
Kyuji Ueshima - Shikoku Otaku
Mitsuo Shibukji - Sapporo Fighters
Takuro Ayabito - Terry Bogard
Now that we are in the off season we will start recruiting some new players for the team. There are a few specific players I already have in mind but feel free to send me a BB-mail if you want me to take a look at your player as well.
I started focussing this season on the development of players for our National Team. This means an emphasis on brining in Hi-potential talent early so long as their is obvious focus on training as well as an emphasis on wuality BIGS to try to fill the need their on our NT.
If you hadn't noticed I did post an updated depth chart for the latest game on the U21 blog page. When we have our next scrimmage we will get our first look at how that shapes up without the exiting Senior class.

I'm trying to make a regular (weekly?) updates of the U21 press blog. This will contain the updated depth chart as well as any other comments on what's going on with the team. There may be some weeks I'm not able to get to it so don't kill me if I don't do it every week.
Do you want me to post a notice here when I've made a post or does everyone find it on there own?
You can find the latest here:

I was getting tired of the old U21 banners (they weren't really anything anyway) and I had some time on my hands at work. I took a go at create new ones. Let me know what you think.

Who can be the first to recogonize where I borrowed the logo and colors from? Should be easy.

I like the banners and the announcements. I love that Konoe has a chance to be the starter. I am sad that Kyubei will miss the cut. I will keep on training him and maybe if someone else stops training, is injured or has bad GS he can get a late callup.
Keep up the great work you certainly have my vote for next season.

Thanks everyone for the support, I guess I have no choice but to run again. I will continue to do my best for our community if I am elected.
BTW, the the colors and "Japan" Script come from the Japanese National Basball Team uniforms.

I couldn't find the logo with the gold like Ichiro has in this picture. If I do I will update the banners with that.

I'm sure you could do a good job as well. Might be good to have you back as NT coach. You did a pretty good job with that before.

I would vote for you as the NT coach but not as the U21 coach. We have no large problem with U21.
