Kindly show us your concrete plan, The Beast.

For Morwood, kindly tell us what will you improve with the system that you are currently implementing.

Thanks.

Here is a challenge to people who are running for U21 manager.

Make the chat during live games alive again. Seasons ago there used to be at least 10 to 30 managers hanging out in chat during games. From there plans were made to make our U21/NT teams better. Getting to know each other better helps a lot in making the community grow better. There were training campaigns targeted for a specific seasons so that players during that season would be very good. All came out from getting to know each other chatting during live games. Get the community alive again and you will see a huge difference in players being produced for sure.

If you do the math you need 12 dedicated manager/players out of 18 every season to develop a good core. Four seasons is a conservative estimate on Lolo's part assuming that player is of low potential. If he is of high potential it usually takes an additional 3-4 seasons more to train a player up to his max.

I dont agree with everthing Lolo posts but he is 100% accurate in his assessment for u21. We are still in the period of transition. Most of Morwoods graduates are still training to make it to the Senior NT. In short, we have few managers willing to train. We need more guys to train their all star and up picks. Plus one for lolo. Congrats pala for making it to the PPL.

I have so much respect for you lolo smithz isa ka sa mga manager dito na nirerespeto ng lahat. The way you speaks alam na kung sino ang iboboto mo.

This what i offer you at para sa mga pinoy managers,

c)scouting- hindi ako ito ipapasa sa iba o sa assistants i prefer to do it in my own,

d) staff- im your coach im your assistant, i rather choose advisers than choosing assitants..but any help are welcome.

e) competitiveness- As a nt coach my job is to find and mold players na mgbbgay ng magndang laban sa pandaigdigang palaro.

Idol kita Lolo smithz.

If you know who I am in real life then you must be someone who has played this game before (I have a very small FB friends list). Why not say who you were before so to add to your credentials. Surely people will think twice who to vote for knowing who you really are. True Morwood has nothing more to prove and its time to give way to other players MAYBE but if we can't find a suitable candidate why should we give it to someone else? It's your call now whether you choose to reveal who you really are.

Sorry to say experience for me still is the key to who I vote for U21 manager as is to many of those who care for our U21 program. When Morwood first applied for the U21 program he lost but he stayed and helped that for me was dedication. And he earned the respect of people here for that also. You can call it his way for currying favor but actions speaks louder than words.

If you didn't do anything wrong before there is no shame in telling us all which team you handled before. Writing this in English for the benefit of Morwood.

Ps. Please edit out my real name.

I concede. I already told my reasons to morwood, i have an excellent game plan to turn things around and give morwood a great fight but winning the bronze in the worlds for us, you deserve a final term. Goodluck lets support morwood.
