what is the economic condition of bolivia.if they are a financially strong nation then the manager is a fool but if they are economically disturbed then u cant blame the manager.i mean he might have thought that the fans are his countrymen and if the nation is not economically strong then how can they pay 1000$ to watch a game so he decided to build 40k bleachers instead of LBs.;)
