What Im trying to say is, the.suggestion you made is bad, since you know its impossible, then why suggest to jj, he is a young manager, if we never voice out, he would be on the wrong training route...

Im not trying to aim you, i rather concentrate on my rl basketball team than bombing you with all your mistake..

I welcome all trainer who are keen in exchanging or get advice on training plan with me through bbmail, but Im very subjective, due to some people with multi account or being a mini tanking team..

Did you? You REFUSE to save six HOF and MVP and let them retired. If they still around, maybe we have better roster on U21. Now SGP don't have anymore talents for future.

What I wanna seen both of you is " wanna did opposite side from me " that is no problem.

You should be the one (perhaps two) that very clear on the reason why and HOW COME you are elected as U21 manager , and for some reason I can see what Audi are trying to say.

Great Mr. Kaypoh. Very timely reply to save Phyo's a$$. With all of your posts pattern like a hero, it's clear that you are defending our U21 Clown Manager.

I really don't want to express or accuse on one thing explicitly, but you as a part of Malaysian BB, surely are the rival of Singapore in the past. Singapore U21 were far better than Malaysian U21 in past two seasons back. It leads to the possibility that you could be the one that blindly advised the dummy-U21-knowledge Phyo to win the election and destroy all the SGP U21 wealthy young crops, preventing those good manager with better U21 knowledge candidates like Audi & NT to win the election.

If you feel you are not, please don't continue what you're doing.

Yes, you are right, but you are too straight.. that guy is only 19, phyo want him to be both 12 at defense at the end of this season..
why is that so? because if both is at 12, next season could up other skill and play for u21 at 21.. Im not gonna to reveal more.

and really, stop protecting phyo.. Giving advice before he try to understand how training works, is always a no no..

I admit my temper has been fished by your quick reply, because I just feel itchy whenever Audi or anyone (remember MrChoo question? ) starts to critically ask our U21 manager Phyo, you are always there to stand up for him, help him replies things, make short story long. I understood what you actually trying to say and I actually can't stop you for posting everywhere. I do aware that I can see your posting everywhere around the world and I admit you for such a good writers and sharing your wealth to everyone out here. But things are much sensitive nowadays and anything could become a conflict, so I'm pretty sure you as a fair & wise person won't like to see this happen.

Some ppl here are still wonder why is Phyo elected over Audi. Phyo, who never trained any players before, and his posts are completely makes no sense in regards to U21. With you still helping him reply things, it might make thing worse, as ppl will think you are a busybody here. As I said, if you wanna help Phyo, there's a bbmail there.

Whatever I post in forum after that arguing again. I don't want to be like this. Actually I don't want to write forum because of this. But I couldn't be. I saw JJ post. I written some suggestion for my seen side. I wanna to be better way, but after that this small cased became like strong arguing. I really so sad about this. Okay well done. I wanna write one more post again, did you like or don't like never mind for me.....

Whatever you think I am bad guy or good guy no problem. My role is depend on my feeling. Long long ago I really so sad, sometime I really angry, because of some people post. Now, I have no feeling like this. Whatever discussion or annoying is for me okay. Some time I am happy and laughing, some time I am angry because of some people writting. Now I wanna welcome for all of your post, but I don't want to be arguing because of me. After election my situation is I go forward or I go back run away from U21 also same condition.

Okay first situation... Some people thinking I am destroying SG U21 team... Okay no problem anything can be happen that is depend on the reason. A few months ago I really so sad after handling SG U21 manager life and I decision already for not entering coming election (I really don't want to be join any election in the future) but I like the challenge for national team job. But forgot it. If I will never join next election... Some people will talking about me I was destroying SG U21 national team, because of no talent rosters, or no good trainee rosters. (I already thinking about that) actually I want to handle future SG U21 team also. I hope I can do it, I can make it. Because I already told last time also we had limit, I only can arrange under the limit. But I am always try the best, that is my life and my way of thinking. I don't know how to say other thing. I only can say I will try the best. In my life also same same... My life is very simple. But I am sure I will not enter next election. I don't want to write like this post. I don't want to use too much time for this gaming. My life is important than game.

Now my present situation.... Some people don't like me. I agreed because of their vision and my vision are not same. So I wanna talk about season 20 my mistake with SG U21 team. ...
1st error I enter the election without national team knowledge.
2nd error I did not take care of Singapore talent rosters form happening bob.
3rd error I scary to post because of my weakness language.
4th error I did not train well Singapore young rosters for future.
And may be others of errors...
1st error... Because of after ben did not control SG U21 I worry for SG U21 like SG NT in season 19. That why I joined the election without NT knowledge.
2nd error That was really my false because Eric remind me before they will be bob. That was my weakness of NT knowledge. (I also effect of enthusiasm restart I did not know enthusiasm time and information, after I known SG U21 enthusiasm had only 3) that was also my false. That time what I was thinking is that is not my problem because the talent rosters would be bob was because that was their team manager not be log in long time or they were not following of T&C. That was my childish thinking or stupid thinking. That was my false. But I want to be some reason That is my false, if you are the manager and that time so many teams will be bob, how you will save the talent rosters. You have the limit only can take care of maximum 18 rosters. What I want to say is that is my false I agreed, but please understand my situation.
3rd error I don't want to say any thing. Now all the happening was because of this. So that was my really problem.
