True what you say about that you don't need many trainers to get a good team. But we also get very few players drafted each year because there are so few divisions... so a lot less to work with :)

You don't need a thousand of users to create a good team.

that's not true at all. how many good players came out from your last draft? Hundreds, for sure.
how many players came out from last Iceland draft? less than 20.
you can afford to lose many players, while Icelandic cannot. do you think it's easy for 50 users growing up all the players needed by u21 and senior team? The ones they cannot train because of full slot training are sold abroad, and most of them get lost because trainers are not usually very good (but for few good exceptions).

And why you think Šablovskis would be better?

that was just an example. I haven't said he should have been at Striuoginis' place, I just said it's strange you didn't call him at least as bencher, given that his wage and gameshape say he's the best SG you had. And that's strange Striuoginis as starter too, for the same reasons. He made 24pts because of reasons I can't say in a public forum where future opponents can read, but if you look better at standings something more you can guess :P

well Níels Guðjónsson is in great shape but it's sad that Ríkharður Aðalsteinsson and Erlendur Sindrason are in such bad shape

yes, but you know, average game shape is around 7. I think that good game shape to be high competitive is at least 8.
