Liar liar pants on fire. So much for me tanking. I have just been putting a few bids on random world class SFs never expecting to actually get one and guess what? Got one.

So introducing the latest member of the Kyoto Shogun team: Oleg Pogonyaylo.

Formerly playing for Los Dragones the #2 ranked team in the world he was good enough to be their starting SF last season when they were one of the final 16 teams in the B3. If he was good enough to be the starting SF for the #2 ranked team in the entire world for the last few seasons and get 15.5 ratings while playing SF then I assume he is good enough to play against Krejčí and Kozanecki, I don't know Krejčí's stats but Oleg is better than Kozanecki in every outside stat.

I think Kozanecki has/had an impressive 109 TSP, Oleg has 120!

talking trash about Kozanecki are we? I guess we will see soon enough who the man is...My boy has 109 TSP and then +15 points in heart son....So it's a date...July 7th

OK..enough of the funny stuff...The key to all of this is that you got him for 2.5 million so it is safe to say that Krejci isn't worth 4 million.

Well in his first game Pogonyaylo didn't exactly stuff the stat sheet with 7 points 2 assists and 5 rebounds but i did like the 17.0 rating as well as the 24 point win over Isehara Pistons who played Kásás 47 mins, Pilotto 43 mins and Kenney 48 mins and really went for the win. But I guess you can do that when your other 2 games of the week are Sashiogi Heaven and a bot in the cup.

In other news, keeping up with the theme of buying up before playing me it seems Okayama Chon has jumped on the bandwagon.

6/16/2012 - Okayama Chon has just acquired Pietro Grando for $ 1 911 111.

A $106k SF who is only 27, has MVP potential & can still be trained makes my guy look overpriced by comparason. Could he be the best SF in Nippon now?

Yokozuna. vs. Kitakyushu 77 - 93 (46448229)
Yokozuna. put more into this game than Kitakyushu.

There were cup factors involved for both teams but I was surprised.

Stunners vs. Swoosh 63 - 74 (46448223)
Both teams played at the same effort level.

I am actually a little surprised by this as well.

Fire Country Trail Blazers vs. Small Town Operators 85 - 73 (46448227)
Small Town Operators put more into this game than Fire Country Trail Blazers.

Wolph was completly out of this at 3/4 but had a big comeback to take the win.
