Since the day one you become U21 manager, all you can share with us is merely how difficult the job, how bad is your weaknesses and keep saying sorry. And comes in today, there's no progress at all. almost none. The Singapore future is dark and gloomy.

I'm very curious how you communicate since you don't train your player well. If you are not training your players well, do you think you can convince the managers to train players for you?

By the way I really wanna say thanks to Xavi's manager, he really train well 2 of our SG rosters.
-> As I said, I won't be impressed much with the progress of the current roster. They were well built with 1-2 seasons of other people's hard work and determination. You are here this season only to enjoy their hard work. Until you can be determined like them, you shall get an acknowledgement and a raise of your current popularity.

Thanks for your detailed explanation. Far from the real life basketball senses.
Just a intuitionary question, why didn't you just place your shooter on PF or C?

Thank you for your support. So far, I've been acquainted with every single local SGP U21 manager in the past, and I'm glad that we were still able to maintain our ties this term. It's been a pleasure working together with you. Good luck in the rest of this tournament. :)

Since you're quite helpful here, perhaps you should share about the vision of U21 to our U21 manager, on how is the importance of the youngster quality in future seasons to come. Blindly said, on how to train players.

How I wish you are the U21 manager at here.

But I'm not sure whether or not it's proven that playing a SG at C would weaken your rebounding (on the ratings, yes it's weaker, but performance in games do not solely depend on ratings since BB calculates by using match ups) so the explanation above is just a hypothesis.

When you play BB, although real life basketball knowledge will definitely help, but you should be prepared that the game mechanism here is a bit different from real life.

Here a present for you which I guess this shd applies to both real life or simulation games : If our team can shoot better, why do we still need rebounding?

I'm happy with helping the community, as I've been hanging around these forums for quite some time and treat the members of the community as my own countrymen. However, I cannot step in and take the role of Ko Phyo in these forums, as it is his responsibility, and interfering would disrespect him. I understand that many of you are not satisfied with his actions, particularly due to several mistakes he made in the past, but he is still the U21 manager, and I must respect him as a fellow U21 manager and a fellow individual. The best I can do is share my experience with him and give him advice, just like I have done with his predecessor.

I didn't say you must represent Ko Phyo (although you did represent him answering some of the questions that he should answer as a manager of National Team) & interfering things that are personal to SGP.

What i said is, since your appearance here is quite often, why don't you also help to improve his weak area?

As for youngster training, I believe we have a group of scouts in SGP to settle that, and it would be disrespectful to meddle with their affairs. I have discussed on player builds with the former U21 manager in the past, and since one of his scouts are helping out with player development, I believe he will do a good job.

I see. The scout was actually a rival of Ko Phyo in U21 manager election. Based on the written content earlier on this post, doesn't seem they can co-exist and working cohesively. Just like a real world fact, it almost make no sense to work for a manager who doesn't seemed so convincing.

I have never liked foreign teams meddling with local affairs. I started BB in season 3, when Malaysia had an Italian NT coach. After a nightmarish experience, our community decided to stand up for ourselves and build our community little by little, even though it meant that we would progress slower than intended. That is what I would love to see in SGP. Due to this fact, I have constantly limited myself to indirectly participating the growth of SGP in BB, despite the fact that I cross the causeway very often.

About you dislike foreign teams, I assume this is just a your personal thought. The risk is always there no matter what. Look at us. Our previous season was also a nightmare even with local teams Manager as he went awol.

And not mean to disrespect, by right you are also a foreigner for us and should now start less to help Ko Phyo doing Q&A, unless you're on SGP flag. We want to know what is actually Phyo wants to do here because I believe most people here still have no idea why he was chosen over more experienced managers (see U21 debates and you will know).

The most shocking was when i looked at SGP Manager popularity. It might not accurate, but this is how the community feel no matter what the excuses is.

:) For my side very simple. Why I joined last election? That time I only thinking I wanna prevent SG U21 whatever I can do. Because in that time Ben cannot handle for future SG U21 and I don't wanna give chance to NT because I think he cannot handle well for SG U21. But in that time also I also have no experience for National Team. In election I said I will try the best only. Still I am try the best for SG U21 whatever I can do.

What I actually want to do? If you want to know I will tell you I wanna destroy SG team can or not because I got a lot of pressure and a lot of people dislike me that's why. I try the best for SG for what? I didn't get any money for my life. I didn't get any happiness also. Waste of my time for what? ha ha ha... But i never did like this. I will never do in my future also.

I really want to retire for SG U21 manager. But cannot be. So I will try the best until end of next season whatever I can do. After that I will never ever join for any NT election. Because this is really waste of my treasure time. Now what I can do? I will try to do SG U21 team to reach high row. I am not really manager. I cannot pressure for training. But still I am manager for SG U21. So what i will do... I will try to push for training SG rosters. I will try to scout and select best roster for SG U21. I will try to plan match plan. I will try to play for every game winning what ever I can do. That's all. If I will success or fail that is my problem. If i will success also I cannot get any advantages. that's all.

regards.

remarks: so sorry for some of the good guys. I will never post in the future for SG NT. Bye Bye all..... try the best for future election.

Thank you for your answer. At least now it's clear that you're not for the good sake for communities here.

I don't wanna give chance to NT because I think he cannot handle well for SG U21

This is saying two things. (I assume NT is Naughty Teacher)

1. You don't wanna give change to NT --> I understood you're not native English speaker/writer, but hope you're not trying to say you're controlling everything here. Please clarify if you're not.

2. I know NT team is no better than yours, but he was 100x better than you about U21. Not trying to insult your intelligence, but before you're claiming someone is no better than you, you must have a reason to backup.

Actually you have already done well for your Franchise as the team you build is strong enough. But for what you've done so far, you're selfdestructing on yourself because now almost all the Singapore managers dislike you.
