For wings I'd have as much as you can burn for your build, I aim for 9-11 per 100 TSP dependent on height and starting skill level.
I also agree with that ID is needed to get good position on inside shot attempts and drives that get passed your defender but SB training pops ID and REB as well so it's not like you'll be lacking a ton in that department.
