When i say decent secondaries it means respectable (7) at least, salamat for sharing your thoughts. I have seen five NT players from China and most of them have excellent (not respectable) secondaries. FYI guys they didn't win Gold in Asia this season. Tinalo ng Iran ang Japan.

your sg - we have two guards on our nt with below par inside def, not excited with pure outside shooters that is why i only allotted one slot, in the case of delapena ok lang kasi he is an excellent passer, i think we have this position covered
your sf - maganda defense niya pero walang offense at all - more balance sana and higher js/is, e2 yung main weakness natin.
your c - vice versa with guards and C, if you have a center with good inside skills your od must also be decent. Jump range is not a big deal at all.

Yes, i will post specific minimum skills for each position and they will be subject to constructive criticism. I asked Obi for help to construct it. When I took this job i said i would ask for help. This is what I meant. Ang habol ko sana kahit mag palit tayo ng coaches ang standard pareho. So i am encouraging people who want to run for Senior coach to participate. For those who care, your comments bad or good are always welcome. This is our National team. We all have a say.

Next week is a better week for me to help you out, I agree with your comments regarding his players. Variations are always on the transfer list. I suggest if you guys find a player you really like, copy paste his skills here and we can discuss it further.

I think I have one of the most unique player in our nation coach. at naniniwala ako na sobraang taas ng mga hiddens niya.

(34056474)

Check his last game. he delivers 32 points, 37 rebounds and 10 blocks! SO AWESOME!

Our schedule so far...

8/10/2015 2:30:00 AM 10 Nippon 90 - 115 (Replay) 39 Philippines Pilipinas SC
8/17/2015 3:30:00 PM 40 Philippines Set Lineup 67 Barbados Barbados
8/24/2015 2:30:00 AM 76 Rep. Dominicana Set Lineup 40 Philippines Pilipinas

We beat Japan (2nd placer in Asia) in scrimmage. We are a slight favorite to beat Barbados, our GS is not that good for the first week. Lets work on this.

Based on my experience with the NT there are just some players who are more consistent and more aggressive than others. It really doesn't matter at time whether that certain player has a lower skill set than his teammates.

In the NT that player is found in Lyndon Dela Pena. He is consistent in scoring and can pass. it doesn't matter if you put him in pg sg or sf he will produce 90 percent of the time. I do not know if he has that aggressive hidden trait in him so I can't really tell why he does what he does. But per conversation with the owner of Dela Pena which is Gwapsak in league games he is the same the most consistent player. Maybe teams who are training guards can ask our NT manager for his stats and train their players along that line and see if they can duplicate his performance.

If you compare the stats of two of our guards Ulan Cantara and Lyndon Dela Pena Ulan is a better player offensively based on stats/skill set but he doesn't take over the game during NT more often as compared to Dela Pena. So If you have an up and coming player who you think is that kind of player that takes over games maybe you should send your player to our NT manager. I've seen players who have only 50k to 60k perform better than 100k to 200k players in league. There are just those type of players in BB that are hard to guard. I think All In should have noticed by now which players in our current NT are more reliable every game and has his own observations.

Hope it helps.

yeah. Hidden traits are more powerful than what the majority thought it is.

Talagang na-aamaze ako sa rebounding prowess ni Sotero. He gobbled 10 rebs average in League II.1 with just a prominent Rebounding. There is something more to the hiddens than what we thought.

Based on Ask a Devs thread before the question was asked if there are other hidden traits other than the aggressiveness trait the answer was no. The question was also asked if there is such thing as team chemistry the answer was no also. So it is most likely in certain players which are just aggressive than the rest.

I agree coach napansin ko din yon, sometimes i dont want to play delapena because i want cantara and dispo to take over, mas malaki ang mismatch sa sg at sf. True to my word, if he has proficient GS how can i not play delapena? Napansin ko din na may mas swapang na player at pass first. Montenejo is very close to making the NT and he is a litte better than Musa and is one season younger. I will talk to Diablos owner and try to convince him to focus on being a pg instead of a sg. It seems to be a better fit. Musa, on the other hand looks to score. Both are U21 grads of coach Morwood.

I reserved 3 slots anticipating that both of them can make it this season. May hidden traits that are hard to ignore. Wag lang masyado malaki ang skill gap. We are going to go with TSP. Para may idea kayo guys, our 200k bigs have low TSP, less than 100. Poor secondaries. Only Denaque and Macahilo are built well. Musa and Montenejo are at the 110 range with less than 50 k salary. I don't reveal stats as a courtesy to other managers. If other guys want to check the skill set they have to ask directly (the owner).

Thanks again for all the comments.

Just a quick update we beat Barbados on our first real game 115-106. I guessed GDP wrong, hoping na matambakan natin sila. Talent won in the end. We did not play our best players (Game shape issues). We will face Dominican Republic next. So lets have better GS next week, para mag carry over the following weeks. We are a heavy favorite to beat them, so i am not worried.

I agree a PG is most needed sa NT. Which is why I suggested before that Musa train his passing more bcoz I notice our younger PG's who are supposed to take over Dela Pena doesn't seem to be performing well even if their stats are almost up to par with Dela Pena.

I really hoped Macahilo's stats are improving bcoz it didnt pop once when I was the NT manager. Very very promising player. I don't think you will find another Denaque or a Dispo anytime soon with slower training. Sadly the trainer of Denaque when he was an 18 yo is too busy nowadays to play BB. Denaque started with atro JS if you believe it or not when he was in u21 he was so bad in shooting outside. Nowadays he is a monster. Was trained with a level 6 trainer if I am not mistaken. Sadly capped already.
