2 more days before new NT debut game coach, got to pick the rooster faster..

i don't think rookie with high potential should be in NT, yes, they would be next matbe 3 or 4 season.. but now? leave it to U21, if their coach train them properly then coach U21 will pick them and just then after they reach 22 in age will the NT coach consider them to NT, simple reason: 1. if they are in NT, they cannot be pick for U21, 2. should there be a change (rooster fired from NT) during NT game, it will effect the gameshape

congratz for being NT coach bro wewekae, it's sure a tough job you got there but i'm sure you'll manage :)

Agree boss Zapper, i have removed some of 18 years old player from my roster. Due to mas Igoy still hospitalized, temporarily i help him to save some of our future talent. Moving forward, i will let him handle this and focus on our NT level players.

Hari ini kita cuman scrimmage, jadi mgk saya belum pilih full team. Saya akan usahakan tim2 Indo yang punya pemain timnas dapat prioritas utama masuk ke roster.

Trima kasih juga utk boss KRC atas dukungannya. Akan saya coba berikan yang terbaik.

Ok you can remove rookie for this game but you can then take them in the NT team in order to have player and good prospetct sold as Free Agent. This is a good opportunity for us to increase the level of our NT U21 and NT. I have contact with international team that want to take these players and to train them with coach level 6/7 so keep them please! this is the future!

Today against Romania U21 we have made an error: against Look inside, as i suppose they would play here http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr..., it's most preferable playing not Run and Gun, but motion as other of my italian friends say me after this game of Indo U21. Why? Because Run and gun it's a Play for team that has high skills in HND, DRI and PASSING also not only JS and JR, and required Big men with a high RB that we don't have! So it would have been more preferable motion were the rhythm of the play would be normal: in this way we would have lost less balls not (20). Instead of Romania, althought not have great Offensive Flow, uses Look inside that has a high rhythm but has also PG, SG and SF with a good RB and IS. But it doesn't matter, in the future we will be greater than them! I'm sure! Go Indo Go!!!
