Hello,

I'm currently discussing with the U21 general manager. I'm "only" the NT general manager. If you want to know more about the U21 you can directly take contact with LA-höfðingi (117813).

But anyways, what do you mean by "What's happening with U21 [...]?" Has something happened?

Hey guys,

As things are not really cleared regarding India's NTs, I wish to be in charge of its communication. Meaning that if you got any questions related to the youth or senior NT, let yourself heard here and I'll take contact with the person concerned.

Hope that it will help you with your approach.

By the way, just to let you know that I'll be very active from Tuesday. Until then, I really need to make things clearer regarding the famous database. Because it seems that I have to start from scratch.

Plus, I still need to get in touch with few international general manager's player. And start an attractive and entertaining communication campaign around the NT...

Stay tuned India ;-).

Hey dude,

Good to see your interest on the NTs. And glad to "meet" you by the way. Hope to satisfy India with the results I'll obtain. It will surely depend on the quality of my work. But also the investment you will all provide! It's all about us. It's'all teamwork, team spirit.

Come on the forum and chat with other Indians! Community is the most important thing on BuuzerBeater. Trust me, I'm from one of the smallest community on BuzzerBeater...

I'll try to talk with the U21 general manager hoping that he"ll build a similar communication plan.

Later guys!

Hello India,

Here are some informations relating to my principle task mentioned on this post (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...):

A) PREPARE THE ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
1) Contact the previous NT managers in order to know if a database lists bests Indian players. If not, create a brand new one.
The previous general manager: Thecippis (36809) doesn't answer my BB-mail. He is free to do so. I don't want to make him a lawsuit. So I decided to start a brand new database. I'll strive to present you guys our TOP 20 best players in the week.

2) Take contact with the current NT players owner to get to know them better, and work on improving players skills.
I took contact with the NT players general manager in order to work on improving their skills. I hope to get answers so that we get to know better and evolve in a pleasant atmosphere, here, on BuzzerBeater.

3) Analyze weak and strong points of our opponents.
I have ask two managers to help me out with this aspect. Samurai_Tungi (50485) & Alien king (50500). Their analysis are amazing. Really. Hope to pursue like this during the entire season. If other general managers wants to help me out, please manifest yourself ;-). I'll be glad to cooperate with you.

B) CREATE A HOMOGENEOUS IDENTITY
1) Change banner & logo that takes into account the fact that BB-India is not all only about India.
I'm going to launch the first step in a matter of time. It'll consist on several question with a view to know what BB-India really looks like.

2) Get people involve in the NT.
This passes through an important communication program. To get you guys definitely into the NT. It's not because few a you posted here that I have achieve this aspect!

3) Contact the U21 General Manager to build a same communication plan.
I contacted to U21 general manager in order to increase the bests players skills. And I'm going to send him a BB-mail to get him more involve on the forum.

At your disposal for any kind or form of question. I'm really present to answer your guys question!

ASIA CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT
INDIA @ MACAU (13703)
Game report

For our entrance in the competition, and against a team that appears weaker than ours on the paper, I've decided to give priority to the General Managers that took the time to managed the Game Shape of their players. That's the reason why the starting five didn't list the best skilled players. But those who deserved the most to take part in this game.

India's starting five:
PG. A.Ghosh
SG. T.Jaiswal
SF. S. Nagendra Gandhi
PF. I. Razdan
C. D. Nagendra Gandhi

Listed in the depth chart:
As Guards:
C. Gopal Reddy
S. Prakash

As Forward:
S. Nandyal

As Big mens:
K. Palit
D. Kapoor

I decided to focus the game on Macau's outside sector, which the staff & I considered as Macau's weak point.

FIRST HALF: UNDER PRESSURE
The first half of the game was more difficult than excepted. Macau took better quality shots whereas we waisted our possessions with poor shot positions. Our players seemed like underestimating their opponents and not giving their bests. Only A. Ghosh looked like the only one trying out there! India's PG scored 16 points (7-9 FG), delivered 3 assists, grabbed 3 rebounds & 1 steal during the first half of the game.
Blocked by the pressure, S. Nagendra Gandhi is the perfect example to underline India's poor first half. He has failed in everything he tried finishing the first half with a disastrous 12.5% FG! T.Jaiswal couldn't lead its young teammate as he failed 75% of its shots, finishing with 3 little points in 20 minutes on the game floor...
This Indian clumsiness enabled Macau to stay in touch in the game: INDIA 45 - 43 MACAU.

SECOND HALF: A WHEEZY WAKE-UP
After getting yelled at by both coach and general manager, Indian players came back on the game floor with better intentions. Unfortunately, the third quarter was a bit better than the first half. It's only in the last quarter that India showed its real face. Always leaded by a A.Ghosh on fire (22 pts, 5 assists, 4 rbds, 1 steal) with a 70% FG attempt and a T.Jaiswal worth his reputation (20 pts, 5 assists, 5 rbds, 2 steals), India crushed Macau leading the game by 28 points. INDIA 102 - 74 MACAU.

T. Jaiswal finished MVP of the game with a 14.5 rating: wondrous.

This game wasn't rich of informations. I didn't feel like learning a lot through it.Next monday will be more qualitative (without being disrespectful to Macau of course) as Pakistan lists some monsters in their roster!

Stay tune to follow India's Asia Championship Tournament journey ;-).

BREAKING NEWS: UCHIT GANESAN APPOINTED TO THE INDIA NATIONAL TEAM

Uchit Ganesan (12146035), member of the India Asia Champ Camp (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...), has been appointed to the India senior national team. His bad game shape has pushed him out of the camp and didn't allow him to represent the colors of his country this season. But an alarming news pushed N#23 to retrace his steps. Jagat45, general manager of AHMEDABAD XX (50540), suddenly disappeared since several weeks. The general manager left his franchise with a standard starting line-up, that therefore compel the players to take part in every competition the club is involve in. "I feel very bad. I'm tired. I feel like my career isn't under my control. It's frustrating", U. Ganesan said. He added: "Hopefully for me, AHMEDABAD XX will go bot & I will find a new employer that will help me progressing more and more. But I'm also sad that India will lose a member of its community. I'm divided".

Till AHMEDABAD XX goes bot, Uchit Ganesan will be save of retirement and protected under the cover of the national team. India NT staff will make announce when the player will be available & hope that an active Indian manager will spent some cash on this big talent.
