10th! Holy Buzzerbeater ladders, I hope I do better than that. And if Koop ends up in 1st that is a big gap between the two founders. Doesn't look good for me, I may be heading for the 3rd division of the TEA CUP! Naker don't forget next season there will be a lot less free wins (Hammers and ezlife gone, JW now competitive) and you plan to have half a team for half the season, I think you wont even do as well as 6th.

how about history? what can it tell us?
the obvious thing is the xbb teams are a lot older on average, this is not just extra experience for the managers, but extra training and lots more money

this is definitely interesting, but not necessarily a defining factor. I myself started same time as SAS, Koop & FatBuy (hahahah its catchy), but had a season or 2 of doing absolutely nothing and just left my training as is and didnt develop players properly.

I trained FTs and Stamina almost weekly in the beginning cos I liked seeing players POP in stats hahah. But i guess with this private league it has definitely made BB more interesting :)

I feel like fishy's ranking computer slightly overrates me this coming season.

A+!? Wow. Unless I pull off a stunning coup in the next few weeks, I don't see that at all! With the PL style format coming in next season, you need to get off to a fast start and not rely on the playoffs to determine the winner.

Yeh how bout that, the Calamari's picking up 2 highly ranking players by offloading their 2 worst ranking players and XBB were getting flak for bringing in Pablo hahaah

hehe its okay we'll give them that, it will make our wins all the more worthy and we wont be hearing anymore excuses from them either. Thats a win win situation for us, two birds with one stone I'd say.

And fishy's predictions aint always correct, here were his predictions last season...

this is a little useless as there is one div 2 and a few div 4 but it does give a good idea about the div 3 teams it looks like all the div 4 guys except hammers will be in 3 next season yoda will be down and there are still at least 5-6 of us in the hunt for promotion - go goldfish!

the xbb wins easily here but i really dont value these that much cause they are much too affected by the league you are in

Actually fishys predictions from last season weren't too bad. He got two of the top four right and four of the bottom five right. peaceNroll, Egg and I didn't perform as well as expected. Move those 3 teams down and everyone else is about right. Maybe a little harsh on Maggots and himself.

JW- yeah while I won every single game in my first season I really messed up with my training. I thought winning was the most important thing so had a 35 year old in a training position at one stage, often did triple position training so I could get more people trained, my starters were getting 60-70 minutes a week in training positions, while the young guys I should have been training often got 20-30 mins and I hadn't even heard of putting guys in for 48+ minutes in one match. Overall I really stuffed it up!
