Odakle ti to da ce sporije da napreduje sa 19 godina ako ima starter potencijal?

Iz pravila
Potencijal je nešto kao blagi limit za veštine igrača. Kada veštine nekog igrača dostignu maximalnu vrednost koju dozvoljava njegov potencijal, trening tog igrača će se značajno usporiti ali neće potpuno da stane


Znaci trening se usporava kad ukupan zbir ocena dostigne maximum za dati potencijal.

Ili mislis da ce sa 19 god da se dostigne maximum za startera?

Ne znam ni sam sada ... možda i nisam baš u pravu ... osim što sam imao jednog 6th man-a koji je sa 19g jako sporo napredovao ...
Možda strater može da se dogura do 35k plate (ili tako nešto) ali je poenta što će možda mnogo pre da dostigne taj "soft cap" pa da će trening da mu se uspori ...

Kako god bilo, i ja se slažem da je dobar za III ligu ...

ja sam vidjao startere sa platom 25k i to centra a sto se bekova tice maximum sam vidjao 20k
