I don't know if he is worth it for you, but the Kings of BB will probably go bot on Monday week and they have this plater.

I'll save him. Thanks for the info.

I'm just going to check out if enthusiasm doesn't drop down when I dismiss a player from the NT during the consolation tournament.

First official game this season & a loss against Ukraina (world rank: 46). It wasn't a bad game at all. I'm kind of proud of our overall performance.

From what I saw of the game, we lack an excellent PG to make the difference. Hope he'll come in the future. It's India's weakest point at the moment. Maybe I'll turn A. Ghosh (14984048) as a PG.

The next game will be against one of the 10th best team in the world: Magyarország.

Yes it wasn't a bad game indeed. We're still in the process of developing our team. In 2-4 seasons' time, we'll be much better than we are now!

There are probably three players on the U21 team that with 3-4 more seasons of training could be world class PGs but some of them may be limited by potential issues. However thanks to Hof we now have the best ever crop of 18 year olds out there hopefully being trained.

Training is the biggest issue: because you only influence indirectly other managers. The biggest countries have what it takes to establish an appropriate "scouting unit".

What I think is that India (or Prathet Thai) only a have a restricted number of users. But... can still create a sort of similar unit based on a small number of players. Quality is more important than quantity. Focus on the most promising players in the hand of the most cooperative general managers is the basis on which we should build. According to my "small country experience", people don't have the time & the sufficient motivation to jump in a major scale program.

Not to offense, but from what I saw since I'm here, the only player capable of assuming this role is Samurai_Tungi. The others only come once in a while. Plus, they don't have the background training knowledge required to optimize ones player potential. No misunderstanding tough: they are, in their ways, important to develop this community, but this is another debate.

Well I will have to disagree. Yes there are a lot of teams that aren't doing the best job with their training but we have already started a mentoring program. We have a small but hopefully dedicated team of mentors who will begin to spread the word. Yes there will be the majority of teams that will continue to mess up but if we can just get a dozen teams with decent trainees doing a good job training their players it will make a massive diference. There is a also a large number of young Indian players now spread throughout the world thanks to our free agent program and there will be several more in the next two weeks.

It isn't that hard to train. It just takes patience. Level 4 trainer. Single position. 48+ minutes each week. In two seasons our 18 year olds will be better than all but the best 21 year olds we have now.

I definatly agree with youda....the mentoring program has started and it is really going in full force......moreover the managers ned to be active on the forums and they will learn lot about team management and training.....
though tungi is the most active manager but there are also many more who have capability to train players....

I'm saying this thanks to my experience of small nations. The beginning is always great... hope that this mentoring program will be as great as it is right now in 2 or 3 seasons.

It's like for companies. They can't respond to every specific customer segment. They focus on their core target & once they are big enough, they expand their range of products in order to attract new customers.

It's an advice among any others: controlling ones growth is one of the key success factor in an environment like BuzzerBeater.

Oh and by the way, I don't agree with you regarding training =P. Your method fits if you want to gain mono-skilled monster. But if you don't have some GE knowledge, you'll be running straight in the wall.
