Good victory there , although don't understand why Msia didn't play like their usual.

However, bear in mind that you still haven't accomplished anything with U21 (aside of your constant apologizing), which you abandoned most of the young players down there. On earlier posts, i saw a lot of them retired at age 18-19.

Yes, yes, won't doubt they're playing very well. With their current built squad and at their home court. Only thing is, I don't know how to explain the tactic that Msia used, but just felt strange, or maybe i'm just based on real life intuition.

And even though Ko Phyo won it (or perhaps made it to semifinal), the credit still goes to the person that has coordinated and trained this team, not to Ko Phyo. If only Ko Phyo is the other NT coach, perhaps he deserves credit.

Next season U21 gonna be much horrible, because the U21 manager main goal is to winning the game, but not to take care the 18-19 years old players, which are important to team future.

Thanks for your point of view. And I agreed with you for my weakness. But this job is very easy to talk, but very difficult to handle. I don't want to say other manager, for my team ShweToeNgal also I cannot train well my 2 of Singaporean. Current U21 rosters also mostly are did not get well training. I also communicate with their managers, but very difficult for us.

By the way I really wanna say thanks to Xavi's manager, he really train well 2 of our SG rosters.

Dear bro....

I really thanks to you, because you always helping me for my U21 manager life.
Your teams is good, one of the strong team in Asia. Last night game I got HCA and Enthusiasm advantages. Bcuz you used your enthusiasm with Iran. Sometime life is like this depend on the situation. I also wanted to play with Auzi after Malay and Iran match but couldnot be. Whatever we need to walk together until end of next season. "You will never walk alone" all the best bro.
Regards,

Since the day one you become U21 manager, all you can share with us is merely how difficult the job, how bad is your weaknesses and keep saying sorry. And comes in today, there's no progress at all. almost none. The Singapore future is dark and gloomy.

I'm very curious how you communicate since you don't train your player well. If you are not training your players well, do you think you can convince the managers to train players for you?

By the way I really wanna say thanks to Xavi's manager, he really train well 2 of our SG rosters.
-> As I said, I won't be impressed much with the progress of the current roster. They were well built with 1-2 seasons of other people's hard work and determination. You are here this season only to enjoy their hard work. Until you can be determined like them, you shall get an acknowledgement and a raise of your current popularity.

Thanks for your detailed explanation. Far from the real life basketball senses.
Just a intuitionary question, why didn't you just place your shooter on PF or C?
