That's really fantastic!!! What subject are you teaching???

No, I finished IB this year with 39 points :) I took HL math, HL physics, HL chem, HL English B, SL Self-taught Japanese and SL Geography :)

and by any chance, does ISD participate in a sports tournament called SAISA?

ISD wasn't allowed to join SAISA unfortunately.

I teach Math SL, Math Studies, and Business and Management. Maybe next year will get to teach Math HL. Which school did you go to? you graduated in May 2012?

Nice job in your IB! Very good results. How many bonus points did you get?

Oh :( Hmm I wonder if it's because the American International School of Dhaka is already involved, and they don't want two schools from Dhaka...

wow that's great :) I would have taken business and management if my school offered it. I went to Overseas School of Colombo (in Sri Lanka). It's a small school so they can't offer all the subjects.

Unfortunately I got only 1 bonus point :( It looks like my EE in physics didn't turn out very well because it was only a C after putting millions of effort...but 39 points is good enough + it helped me to get accepted to a uni in Japan so I'm happy with it.

Dhaka, regarded by some as the most boring city in the entire world.

Good luck with IB, my school doesn't even offer it. I teach year 12 (final year) English and History. I also teach lots of subjects at the junior levels (you teach what you are told to teach here) which has included Social Studies, Geography, Maths, PE and IT.

I dont think its the most boring city in the world by any means. Yes, maybe its not as happening as other cities but still its not too bad. There actually is a lot of stuff to do around town.

In canada, there is a town called Antigonish in Nova Scotia, now in my opinion thats the most boring place on earth. A totally dead town.

Did you have Ms. Huijen for math or Mr. Simms for Physics?? 39 pts is great a very good score. Anything in the upper 30s or above is excellent! :)
