Audi* and Dai Kiryu...

I just suggestion to JJ for Kwok Tse Ze skill. Because his skill need that ID and OD with his height and his SF position. And I said JJ..

dear bro,
If you wanna see him GOOD inside SF, traiin him... his IS and ID minimum sensational, I hope you can reached this skill before end of this season.
If you wanna see him GOOD outside SF, train him... his OD and one on one skill.

I was not talking about selecting in SG U21. I suggesting for what the skill this player need for him only. And this is what I want for my side. Yeah this is impossible for reach end of this season. But depend on the trainer and depend on training plan. If he will train him at PG with pressure training and also he will train him at C with ID + SB why cannot be.

But I really welcome for your seen side and suggestion.

What I wanna seen both of you is " wanna did opposite side from me " that is no problem.
What I wanna to be is " If I am no good or I have weakness.. please suggest to other ppl better way " In this case Okay I accept my suggestion is mission impossible. Please advice to JJ for mission possible. That is really good job.

Whatever a lot of opposite from me. That is no problem for me. Now, my feeling is very well and very clear. I am never ever enter future election. But I really worry about future SG U 21 team. I wanna say all the people try the best and improve to good things.

My SG U 21 selection is very clear. If the roster is the great skill and I think the manager will be train him well in this season and can control the game shape also. (still some roster didnot control well game shape) please dont be point of my weakness. Pls try to guide line for training SG roster that is better way...

What Im trying to say is, the.suggestion you made is bad, since you know its impossible, then why suggest to jj, he is a young manager, if we never voice out, he would be on the wrong training route...

Im not trying to aim you, i rather concentrate on my rl basketball team than bombing you with all your mistake..

I welcome all trainer who are keen in exchanging or get advice on training plan with me through bbmail, but Im very subjective, due to some people with multi account or being a mini tanking team..

Did you? You REFUSE to save six HOF and MVP and let them retired. If they still around, maybe we have better roster on U21. Now SGP don't have anymore talents for future.

You should be the one (perhaps two) that very clear on the reason why and HOW COME you are elected as U21 manager , and for some reason I can see what Audi are trying to say.

Great Mr. Kaypoh. Very timely reply to save Phyo's a$$. With all of your posts pattern like a hero, it's clear that you are defending our U21 Clown Manager.

I really don't want to express or accuse on one thing explicitly, but you as a part of Malaysian BB, surely are the rival of Singapore in the past. Singapore U21 were far better than Malaysian U21 in past two seasons back. It leads to the possibility that you could be the one that blindly advised the dummy-U21-knowledge Phyo to win the election and destroy all the SGP U21 wealthy young crops, preventing those good manager with better U21 knowledge candidates like Audi & NT to win the election.

If you feel you are not, please don't continue what you're doing.

Yes, you are right, but you are too straight.. that guy is only 19, phyo want him to be both 12 at defense at the end of this season..
why is that so? because if both is at 12, next season could up other skill and play for u21 at 21.. Im not gonna to reveal more.

and really, stop protecting phyo.. Giving advice before he try to understand how training works, is always a no no..

I know you have a great history, but stop.using your past as a legacy. start moving forward..
