OK...maybe you didn't understand me...I was talking about the scouting of the other teams players from the other countries we would be playing. Looking at the only the salaries of those players you would not know how good they are after the first training update.
Come on Wolph...I was talking about glitching a friend...there would be no friends managing U-21 teams from other counties. If LI is what are best option is..I run it...If a team plays a 2-3 zone every game...I will shoot over it....Don't worry about me. I got this..

Basically this is how I would summarize the choice of the Community

Yellow Cake says you should elect him because he is the more experienced manager and thinks he has better management skills to individually manage the team.

With me you get someone who sees the role as one of community leader where the first step in improving the team is to build the talent of the team through reaching out to the managers of the community, building interest in U21, and helping them on a development program that will get their player on the team and help the team improve. If there is interest, we can also create our own private federation where we can work together as a community on game strategy against our opponents, in private.

From a team management standpoint I think I’ve proven myself as a strong manager already. In just 4 years I have built my team to the 8th rated team in Japan, passing many teams that started before me and are still very active. In my first season in JBBL I went 12-10 with one of the lowest salaries in the league, including going 5-3 against the vaunted Great 8 that I always here is far superior to the Big 8. So at this point I think I’ve proven my ability to manage. If I had been playing for 9 seasons I’m pretty sure I would be at the top of JBBL as well.

I’m not interested in giving away management secrets to my competitors so I’m not going to debate tactics or strategy. I’m also not going to disclose the skills of the players on the team because I don’t want to upset the privacy of the owners of those players and I don’t want to give our competition any advantage over us. You can use whatever other method you want to compare player quality yourself. We all understand the limitations of Salary as an indicator. I didn’t intend to offend Yellow Cake by using that measure.

With that I’ll leave the decision to the Japan Community to choose who they think is the best option.

This will be my last post on this matter. Yellow Cake seems to want to turn another discussion into a fight again. I’m not interested in participating in that.

Where is this fight...I am debating...Wolph asked a ? and I am the only one who answered his ?'s. You keep on writing these long meaningless post..But they are not saying anything....

This has nothing to do with our club teams...NT is totally different. You don't train the players..you ask the managers of the teams that own the players to train certain things, and explaining to them why and how this player would be better with the training you have asked for...I have helped some of the greatest players in Japan be what they are. Asking Mizik for ID, and rebounding on Ooishi and now look at him. Suenami, Okita, Furusawa....these guys went through my system and now they are starters on the NT team. Come on....that is public knowledge...And another thing....I see you have only 9 votes out of 14...that 71% should tell you something..(and I approve of you)..

Kinda wish we could get through this a lil' more amicably... we're too small a nation to constantly bicker.
But oh well.
I'm torn, as I like both guys, and think both are good candidates for the position. Honestly think it's pretty close - well... you have to remember that's coming from a guy who is in pretty much every way it counts still a n00b at this game.
So... probably going to vote local. VERY local.

Thanks Wolph I don't think anyone could have said that any better. So, I think whoever wins this debate,....I mean there both great coaches so whatever happens is supposed to happen , then what we'll just hope that that our national team does it's best to do what they can and hope that we can provide them with the best players we can provide them with I checked out both of thier teams
So may the best coach win....!!!!!
