Partly agree with you. But this is not the first time we saw this, as he even once wrote on forum that U21 starts the tournament with only 2 enthusiasm.

Another bummer was, he even revealed his U21 players skills on the forum... which should make the day for rival U21 managers (like you).

It's very heartbreaking to see how Singapore NT is performing, knowing that they are hosting the tournament with tremendous homecourt advantage.

Anyway, goodluck for tonight's game. Should be an interesting ones.

Good victory there , although don't understand why Msia didn't play like their usual.

However, bear in mind that you still haven't accomplished anything with U21 (aside of your constant apologizing), which you abandoned most of the young players down there. On earlier posts, i saw a lot of them retired at age 18-19.

Yes, yes, won't doubt they're playing very well. With their current built squad and at their home court. Only thing is, I don't know how to explain the tactic that Msia used, but just felt strange, or maybe i'm just based on real life intuition.

And even though Ko Phyo won it (or perhaps made it to semifinal), the credit still goes to the person that has coordinated and trained this team, not to Ko Phyo. If only Ko Phyo is the other NT coach, perhaps he deserves credit.

Next season U21 gonna be much horrible, because the U21 manager main goal is to winning the game, but not to take care the 18-19 years old players, which are important to team future.

Thanks for your point of view. And I agreed with you for my weakness. But this job is very easy to talk, but very difficult to handle. I don't want to say other manager, for my team ShweToeNgal also I cannot train well my 2 of Singaporean. Current U21 rosters also mostly are did not get well training. I also communicate with their managers, but very difficult for us.

By the way I really wanna say thanks to Xavi's manager, he really train well 2 of our SG rosters.
