i see younger, smaller players pop for outside defense in three weeks with 6 level coach and older, bigger players pop almost every week for five or six training with 4 level coach.

What the hell are you talking about. You are deliberately misguiding new players here.

How did you manage to observe any players? You are a trader not a trainer. So stick to topics you know about.

who gave you the authority to dictate the other players what they should talk about?

If you provide absolutely wrong info on the forums, I feel it's my obligation to intervene. It really does not matter how many of your friends 1 ball me. Even if they 5 ball your answers, it still does not make them correct.
You are implying here that 20yo 6'0 player with lvl6 coach trains 3 weeks until he pops in OD and 20yo 7'0 player pops twice in 3 weeks with lvl4 trainer. The reason why this happens is random.
I'm saying that it's the wrong info. The only time this could happen is when the first player is capped and already has OD way higher then any other outside skill.
Just like your "has been U21 coach", you are providing "I think I remember this happening once" information, without actually knowing what you are talking about.

of course you are free to intervene when you believe someone's suggestion is wrong but you should do it in a nice and an appropriate manner. bringing the nationality of the other side of the debate on the table is ugly and racists. I know it's not my responsibility to warn you about your attitude, but if GM's believe you have every right to insult others, someone should remind you. Guys like you is the reason I don't want to (and I know it's not just me) post in help forums anymore.

i never said something about 6'0 or 7'0 players, did i? when there is this kind of difference, of course training will absolutely be slower. all i said was that there might be other factors we do not know about as i several times observed there were unexpected training shaped up. i am not here to defend anyone, i donot believe in nationalities and i do not know the guy any better than i know you. i believe there are some unknown variables, it is my belief and telling them here is not illegal as far as i know. hopefully you will come to agree people have spoken their observation to reach the idea of today you defend, which is now wrong but might be lacking.

my observation is that half the people in this thread dont know what there talking about, they may be 6'0 or 7'0 or even in between but i think some of them may have trouble "popping" there understanding or polite skills as they may have all ready capped out.

funnily enough there's no random in this kind of training either.

sadly enough my coach left me on smart arse training while he went bot so im all capped out in one skill, making me not worth much in the general transfer market (forum)

Could you please elaborate on this sentence then?
Like I said before there is no way a bigger, older player with a coach lvl4 will pop faster in OD during 6 weeks than a smaller, younger player trained by lvl6 trainer. If they have the same outside skills and are not pot capped. To imply there is a random that makes the unsuitable player pop 3 times faster than the suitable player seems to show lack of observation skills, sorry...

whatever. i wont try to explain anymore as i already did it quite clearly. i kinda believe there is a random factor in training, maybe on trainer, maybe on player, maybe on something different.
