> Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Philippe, I'm 34 y.old. My wife is romanian, that's why I'm very close to Romania. I have two beautiful kids that I'm very proud of.
On the game, my team is in french league III. I don't have so many ambitions, just training for Romania.
I also have been coach of Moldova U21 a few seasons ago.
> What motivated you to become a Romanian NT couch
As I said, I have a particular relation with Romania. Actually, I consider myself half romanian now. I worked as scout with the past NT and U21 coach for the last 3 seasons. As the NT coach didn't want anymore to candidate, I naturally proposed myself.
What do you expect from this NT campaign for Romanian NT
Well, I don't expect anything. :) We are in a transition period, our roster starts to become old and our young players are not ready yet. I work a lot with managers to build a competitive team but it takes time.
In this campaign, I think we just can expect 2 victories againt Armenia and Wales to get the 6th place, the other teams are too strong for us.

> Who is your favorit to win our group
Well, I think that Croatia seems to be very strong this season, it will be very hard for other teams to beat them. And for the second place, it will be a very interesting competition between Bosnia, Austria and Ukraine.

> What do you think about our NT Bosnia and Herzegovina
Well, Bosnia is a very good team, you've got some amazing players, I really think you've got a big chance to go to secound round. You started perfectly the tournament with 3 victories, you're one the favourite.
What do you think about Bosnia and Herzegovina
Well, I know that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country that suffered a lot in 90's for some political reasons. But I also know that it's a country that has a cultural richness that is very interesting. I crossed Bosnia once, when I went from France to Romania, but I didn't have time to stop there. I really hope I'll come and visit your country in the future, I'm really interested in balkans and eastern europe in general.

> Send a message to our BH BB Comunity
Bosnian community seems to be very active, that's very good. I salute everybody that cares about Bosnia NT. And what I want to say to bosnian managers is to continue to support their NTs, in the good and in the bad moments. Managers are making everything, so keep on training, guys! :)
