Who is that Vacirca character you speak of? Link him?


He's my best SF trainee at the moment. I was sort of fooling with you. Your guy is certainly better than him at 19, but I started Vacirca on inside training. Plus I wasn't training 1 position until a bit later in his career.

I think the best thing to do with him is to bring him to 10 in IS and ID plus 9 in RB. That will probably take you a good two seasons (depending on his sub-levels, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less). Once you go back to outside skills, take his passing and handling to prominent, outside d to tremendous, then keep training JS until he hits his cap.

Just my opinion. You should probably check with the Italian U21 manager, though.

i allways thought allrounders is not so important for sf
i would take the player which fits best for the tactic like r&g/2-3 i choose a an good outside shooter with inside defense
or r&g/3-2 for a guard on sf
and so on for the other tactics
so if i got this players trained up for my tactics i could be better then an allrounder, which might look nice with all skills but he doesnt use them for the tactics...
so the opponent could be better in those skills needed for the tactic and trained much quicker ?

This is a perfect outside oriented SF, Id train one on one, and passing, and outside shooting this season till his skills even out a little more,

I am not sure if u should train Inside D, i know a 6'4'' sf can get away with training it to prolific or a little lower, but i am not sure

And i definitely would never train INSIDE shot or Rebounding,

Oh, and i am planning to get an 18 y/o player who is very similar to how he was when he was 18 except he is 6'1" instead of 6'0";) So i will end up having two amazing SFs in the future. :) I am very excited to see how he will turn out if a few seasons.


I hope you have more than 2.5 million in the bank... I just saw a similar guy sell for 3.2 million. Given that you already pushed the price up early, he could go even higher.

Yes, that is what the manager told me to do, something like train his inside skills for a couple of seasons as well as jump shot i think. Wasnt too sure b/c of the translation.

I found it:

"he's a very good player, with a solid base of internal skills... but for almost two season you must train him in external skill... defense is great for is age, for this season he needs to shot the ball a lot and maybe a few of passing

I couldn't bring myself to train a player for another countries NT. Theres something unpatriotic about it and it would be hard watching your player dominate your own NT while playing for another country.

Meh, its all about wining. If u can help u r NT thats fine, but for me wining is the most important. I hate farms too, couz they giving us monsters like Cardenas, who everybody is getting amazed from them, but nobody can afford them.

why try to train for a SF when a 6'0 ft guy could easily be a very good SG or PG. btw as if salary dont mean anything, face it dude, those SFs are salary's high cause they are great SFs (the 5th guy anyway) not just because they have lots of Big men skills.
