Bussman could be a stud on the U21 team, or, a potential national team player. Most likely, whoever buys him goes for the first option and just keeps training inside. The harder, but more valuable thing long term, would be to buy him and try to bring his outside skills up to snuff. As a comparison point, Worley had 16 more overall skill points at the same point in his career.
