it is possible to win & the team is much better than it used 2 be it just needs someone that can make the right tactical & strategic choices

Like i said in my previous post, i am the most expirienced player among the candidates here. its now over 17 seasons i have been managing my team. you learn A LOT in 17 seasons. im holding the WORLD record for logging in the most consecutive days. yes, i come here EVERY day, invest so much time, and tha makes me the right person.
I am familiar with all the pros and cons of every tactics. I see that the other candidates for the job are not very expirienced,
and my team is ranked highest in the world by far.
Simply put, if the voters of Barbados are looking for a good expirienced and accomplished manager, I am your best bet.

Thanks for reading
Your next NT manager,
Gabi

I do not think it is easy for Barbados to win many games more than the past seasons, especially in the first season of mandate (that of the continental competition, except for lucky draws, in yourself that you won that season friendly matches).
I see but one thing .. while the national teams of other countries grow and slowly try to reach significant levels even with little amount of material here in Barbados it does not happen .. this is what I think should be placed as the first problem .. any national team is born and dies in two seasons, but continuity can reward the work of every manager who takes care of your player.
Needless to say, I will do my best to try to win as many games as possible if I am elected, but the real victory for me will try to work on the development of players up to compete with larger nations.
Game of season 3, I grew up out of nowhere to bring players in national teams of their native countries and have been part of the team to scout for the Italian national team u21 for several seasons following counseling and training to players who then have worn the national jersey .

Hey fishy,

Good to hear you're still watching over Barbados.

it is possible to win & the team is much better than it used 2 be it just needs someone that can make the right tactical & strategic choices

That's really hard to say as all teams, not just Barbados, are changing frequently but I do believe that though there is a smaller population of potential players in Barbados compared to other countries, due to a smaller number of managers, there's just as much of a fighting chance if players are developed appropriately.

More wins can be had though as I believe the last two games of Season 22 were winnable games for Barbados. I'd blame those losses on poor use of tactics, scouting out opponents, managing enthusiasm and player development.

what makes you the right person 4 that job?

I feel as though I have a considerable amount of experience in the game and have myself tested out a wide number of different tactics throughout playing. As a manager, I always take into account not only the strengths and weaknesses of our team but also the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent in order to put forward the best game plan possible. Also, as I am the coach of the best U21 player Barbados has, it ensures that at least our top player is being trained properly.
