Get cheap young players, invest a little in the draft, get a cheaper trainer than what you have.

Check the Suggestions they are important

I don't think it is necessary to demote.

You could sell of certain players and re start your team and still compete enough in our league. It really is not that hard to not relegate. There are several teams worse than yours in our league.

I was thinking of "re-booting" as well. But sticking it out here in IV and rebuild. But I thought against it and still think I can promote next season. Or maybe this season,

But, you know your trainees better than any of us. Do what is best for them. They are the core aspect for the success of your team.

I think he wants out of this league, it's one of the tougher and more balanced D.IV's in the USA

When I demote I can promote next season with good trainees and some money in the bank. Then i'll hopefully get into a different D.IV league. If I stayed I still may not win next year. Last year two really good teams left and Illinois B.C and Slick Shooters replaced them.

hmmmmm. 1.3. I have it. Not sure about it. But I will be monitoring.

I would have thought somewhere between 1 to 1.3 million for his skills. I wish he had been listed at 1 million.
