Simple question about experience, does anyone have any input or know if the following are correct:
1) If younger players on your team play with older players of higher experience. Will they grow faster in experience as a result of learning things from the older guys like it would work in real life.
2) Younger players playing against teams with higher experience would cause a small increase in experience as a result of learning from their mistakes and observing those more experienced players moves. (If a SG pulls a move on you in real life and makes you look silly next time you will be thinking about that move and thus more experienced also you might try that move out on someone else in the future because you thought it worked well.)
I dont know if the game accounts for this now but as we know in real life experienced older players mentor and give tips to younger players thus passing down their experience.
