Hello Guys..
I'm the coach of Israel-NT currently(ranked 13 in the world but we were 7-8 not from long ago). in the second term..
I just wanted to say that you have a great NT, very balanced and interesting roster and guards from the top of the world.. really.. and I know a lot of amazing guards in part of my job..
and I can't found the reason for your "failures" every season..

honestly I think this NT have great potential to make better results..
I wanted to hear from you guys if I you'll give the chance for "outsider" coach and listen his way and his philosophy and maybe to give him your vote finally?

I'm very experienced in the game.. I'm playing from season 2 and already four seasons in the First Division with good achievements..
also in the NT but there its more difficult because its affected also from the coaches of the players and not just from me.. and the Game Shape issue hurt us very much in the last season and prevented from us to reach the Semi-final.. one coach also deceived us with TIE agreement in critical game and thats broke us..

I think that I have the abilities for make a good job with Crna Gora NT, as I did at Israel-NT until now and I like the challenges..

so I would like to hear your opinions..

Ja ću to prevesti na svoj jezik za koji ne razumiju engleski prijevod, ali njegova rječnik tako da mogu biti nejasni liitle jedan zalogaj .. Žao nam je!
Možda netko tko će me razumijeti to prevesti na svoj jezik bolje od toga prevoditelj mjestu.

Ja sam trener Izraela-NT trenutno (13 rangiranih u svijetu, ali smo bili od 7-8 ne davno). u drugoj pojma ..
Ja sam samo htio reći da imate veliki NT, uravnotežen i vrlo zanimljiva i spisak stražara s vrha na svijetu .. stvarno .. i znam puno iznenađujuće stražari u dio mog posla ..
a ja ne mogu naći razlog za Vaš "kvarove" svake sezone ..

iskreno mislim da ovaj NT imaju veliki potencijal da bi bolje rezultate ..
to sam htjela čuti od vas momci ako ćete dati priliku za "autsajder" trener i slušati njegov način i njegovu filozofiju i možda mu dati Vaš glas napokon?

Imam vrlo iskusni u igri .. Ja sam igrajući iz sezone 2 i već četiri godišnja doba u prvoj sa dobrim postignućima ..
iu NT ali ima svojih teže jer je pogođena i od trenera i igrača, a ne samo od mene .. i igra Oblikovajte tema povrijediti nas jako puno u zadnje vrijeme i spriječen doći do nas Semi-Final .. jedan trener i prevario nas TIE ugovor u kritične igre i taj prodriješe nas ..

mislim da sam u mogućnosti za napraviti dobar posao sa NT Crna Gora, kao što sam učinio u Izrael-NT i do sada, a ja kao na izazovi ..

pa bih želio čuti vaše mišljenje ..

Mislim da bi bio dobar kao selektor i da bi dobro vodio NT Crne Gore :)

This NT needs big revolution in 180°.. I don't know yet where I'll compete but I hope for more local responses here..

Nadam se da ste primjetili da nasa reprezentacija igra odlicno i da se nakon odlicnih pobjeda izmedju ostalih nad biosnmom i peruom nalazi ispred najacih swetskih timowa.... Medjutim igra nase eprezentacije nije najwazniji problem... najweci problem je to sto nasi igraci weoma slabo napreduju u poslednje wrijeme i sto nemamo naslednike.... u owom problemu ja nemogu da pomognem tu mi morate pomoc wi time sto ce te wise ulagat u draft i time sto cete wpoditi racuna o treninzima igraca ... ako je neko zeljan da mi pomogne neka se jawi owde i neka da i swoje misljenje powodom nase repke...
