I'm 'sprained-mouth man' and I've been included in the marathon to be the National U21 Team Manager. I'm sure that I'm going to bring this team to the glory. If you select me, I promise you that I'm going to fight seriously for the Asian U21 Championship. I think Hanguk U21 has got a great team with amazing players and, why not, we can fight for this cup.

my name is Nir i am 24 years old from Israel this will be my third season in Buzzerbeater in that time i have promoted 2 times wail in the second time (in season 7) it was against all odds (i was the underdog)

My belief

i dont like to lose who dose? i like to do what ever it takes to win and i will do what ever in my power to do so and how is that? i use my brain you might see my past matches against teams with batter players bigger players and overall scary and i beat them how? i use my brain i am not fallowing the same tactics every game (and if i do it will be to confuse the opponent in the next games) as a small country i know you dont have a big base of players to work with and i know i cant say i will win the Asia Cup in my run but i can tell you that i will do my best to make sure to help the managers with the U21 NT players to think how to work the best and make the players the best thy can

My training thoughts

lets face the fact as for now the small community dont have as many big stars as we wish the best U21 player is 21 years old and he is good for this season only i think to do what i want demand to start almost from nothing take what we have as for now and try to bring some high potential 18-19 years old players so in the long run will help the NT as well my goal will be to help develop players so in the no so far future will be legit NT players

i believe that the idea of the U21 NT is to make sure the NT players will be as prepared as thy can when thy get there i think that when the NT manager will want a player from the U21 he will get him

1) Who I am?
I play this game since season 3. I have a lot of experienced friends ready to help me in this challenge. They are experienced both in the game and in NT organisation.
I'm in III.12. the most difficult III in Italy (check the salaries).

2) Community
Community will be the very important part of the project. I need community support for organise and for report the players. The most importan thing will be communication. No secret for the community. Live talk about the games, the players, open to suggestion and also critics.

3)Staff
As already I said there are great experienced managers who will help me, but I'm sure I'll need the help of one or two or three of you. Because i think you know your players and your knowledge will be very important.

4) Raising project.
We need managers who help the NT players. There will be interaction between us and the player owners, we'll talk about the best training. We know you first thought will be the best for your team, but we can reach an agreement.

There will be something like a "save interesting (young) players". We can use the biggest BB community (Italy) for raise the players without owners or on sale by actual owner. In italian forum we can advertise the important players, there will be surely someone interested to train them (there are V series so every level could be interesting to train and raise).


That doesn't mean "Italians manage our country". YOU are the first core of Hanguk players, italian community can help to keep alive those important player in dead team.


I know you maybe trust more in Hanguk manager, but it's your choice, no problem about that.

Obviusly I can't promise the World cup, but I think we can make the first steps to become a raising star.
