Hi everyone,
I am a liitle bit irritated that during the match my opponent or sometimes my players rebounds ball when:
- player is shooting for 3; and the same player rebounds after shot (even rebound is close to the board--> teleport?)
- rebounds after free throw
- player who "tried" to block "3pts" shooting player is also rebounding .
I saw above situations in NBA, but come on...not 3-5 times per match or even quarter.
Has everybody noticed that, or I demand too much ?:)

BR,
Tom.

That's just one of the things which are unrealistic about the match engine.. player always being defended by their positional mirror on the other team even when playing zone is another one. ;)

The funniest occurence like this for me was this one: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/BBWeb/reportmatch.aspx?matchi...

Opponent was 3 down, missed a 3 in the last second, but was fouled by my player, missed all three free throws, gets the rebound and hits a three, everything in one second. :P

Yea, in these respects, the rebounding is not realistic.

For example, a guy shoots and misses. Then the engine says "he boxes the other man out to get the offensive rebound". He just shot the ball, he can't box out at the same time!

And there are too many offensive rebounds after a free throw. Usually, the defensive team will take charge of those misses.

Anyways, hope these might get addressed in the future.

Yeah, there definately are some unrealistic plays during every game. One that I've seen fairly often in recent matches involves passing. A player will go up for an alley-oop, score, and no one will get an assist! Apparently my player is hanging in the air long enough that the refs rule he created his own shot :P This doesn't affect the score, like odd rebounding or quick shooting does, but I still find it amusing :)

On the other hand this gives you hints about game engine which can used to improve your tactics.

Offensive rebounds after free throws happen albeit maybe not so often (I didn't follow my games live regularly, it's boring this season for me). What i don't like is when ft shoter rebounds his own miss... (or I love it if he is my player which sadly wasn't the case).

hmmm i feel you mate,

i would say if the nba has a slogan i love this game

lets make a slogan for BB basketball . . . how about .. . your loving this game?

imagine getting your own rebound from a ft you miss amazing, i experience multiple one on my game.

but i just thought you cant literally point out that he really got the ball after his miss ft, i would just think of it that someone tip it out or the centers struggling to get the rebound knwoing he couldnt decided to swipe it out and guess who the lucky guy that recieved it . . its the one who just had the ft . . .

really lucky? . .. . its a miracle :D
