I have an Idea to the creators , that will solve this problem with out causing any rage from people :)

just flood the market with players in various levels, in different prices.
so the fare will be much bigger then demand.
problem solved.

people will have other options then to buy a player with inept in 1M dollars.

this will balance the market for this season, if (again) this thing happen flood the market again..

this way you can control the prices :)
