Although I have been the coach of Macao U21 for the last two seasons, let me introduce myself.
My name is Rulo, and I would like to continue the work I started back in season 68 with this group of young players who have the potential to rank among the top half of Asian teams. The first season was a trial run to learn about the world of national teams, and in the second season we were already competing against teams that were better than us in the rankings.
This season we have assembled a group of young players with the aim of making them the future of the team for the next two seasons.
I promise to be fair with the call-ups, but rigorous with the managers who have players called up in terms of form and training.
I know what the team needs, and I just need your vote to be able to continue with the project.

各位大家好，作為競選澳門U21的候選人，我同樣希望通過一篇文章去介紹我自己對執教澳門隊的看法。
澳門U21的戰績長期處於中下游，可見我們澳門的新興一代實力水平一般。為什麼我們的隊伍實力上不去呢?是過少的培養，是對于苗子的不重視，我們並不是沒有9-11潛的苗子，但是他們的潛力卻很少兌現出來。這也成為了u21常年混跡于小組中游的主要原因之一。
各位，更多細節的對於U21的期望我將會在日後正式執教再說，畢竟我還未上任，在成為現實之前一切都是天方夜譚。我能承諾我會加強與各位經理的交流，加強對苗子的監督，對於發展U21的未來這是極其重要的。作為廣東人，我同樣識講粵語，普通話以及英語，在交流上我是覺得自己沒有太大嘅問題。

尽管我已担任澳门U21队主教练两个赛季，仍请允许我自我介绍。
我叫鲁洛，希望继续推进自第68赛季起与这批年轻球员共同开启的征程——他们具备跻身亚洲球队上半区的潜力。首个赛季是适应国家队赛事的试炼期，次赛季我们已开始挑战排名更高的对手。
本赛季我们集结了一批年轻球员，目标是让他们在未来两个赛季成为球队的未来。
我承诺在选拔球员时保持公平，但对被征召球员的状态和训练情况，我会对所属俱乐部的经理人严格要求。
我清楚球队的需求，只需您的投票支持，我就能继续推进这个计划。

Embora eu tenha sido treinador principal da equipa sub-21 de Macau durante duas temporadas, permitam-me apresentar-me.
O meu nome é Rulo e o meu objetivo é continuar o caminho que iniciámos com este grupo de jovens jogadores desde a temporada 68, pois eles têm potencial para competir entre os melhores da Ásia. A campanha inaugural serviu como um período de adaptação aos jogos internacionais, enquanto na temporada seguinte enfrentámos adversários de maior nível.
Nesta temporada, reunimos um grupo de jovens jogadores com o objetivo de torná-los a futura espinha dorsal da equipa durante as próximas duas temporadas.
Comprometo-me a manter a imparcialidade na seleção dos jogadores, mas exigirei que os dirigentes dos clubes de onde provêm os jogadores convocados cumpram normas rigorosas em termos de condição física e treino dos selecionados.
Compreendo as necessidades da equipa e, com o vosso voto de confiança, poderei continuar a avançar neste programa.
Por favor, votem em mim para que eu continue a ser o treinador principal da seleção sub-21 de Macau.
