Hello, I was wondering if teams also collect flags from countries I play against in BB madness games or if it only collects it from scrimmages)?

Yep only scrimmages. I played a Romania team earlier this season in BBM but still don't have the flag.

Only in scrimmages so you can select which team you need to challenge to add to your collection. B)
