So it happend to me few times.
I send a lineup, then when I look again later I can see the changes aren't saved.
I get no error announcement, it just shows the tick like usually when the lineup is saved but when the game starts, the old lineup is showed.
Happend to me in the U21 NT as well- I had game-day preparations removed but in the game it didnt saved and it was back on.
Happend to a few NT managers as well, made them losing games.
Yes I know I should double check after I submit.
But this is a super annoying bug.
