Use your league schedule when it at weakest to your training advantage. Meaning those 3-4 games you can win, train him then no losses of training 48 minutes , no risk of losses. Only gs and fatigue are a factor.
To deter those somewhat , just play take it easy
Go to your league schedule, and plan it out.
