Right now I am thinking more defense and passing but I like to get some inside skills but is it too late?
I want to start training a couple bigs next couple of seasons.
Thank you

Honestly....the 1st one listed is a PA and will cap by the time he gets 100tsp according to buzzer manager so i am thinking just finish him off with passing and more outside defense and the other two will follow suit but will have a ton more of tsp to add...would/should i then focus on more inside training with another couple Bigs?? Or just keep on pounding outside training as they will be a wall of defense hell for opponents and add on a couple more trainees every couple of seasons??

I doubt you can fix that 1 IS on the PAS in time so I think you should finish off this season with OD/PA.

Yeah, i wasnt including the PAS on any inside training. Try to make a decent PG at this point. The other 2 was thinking on building up IS/ID a little to try to balance theyre skills a little. Along with another forward trainee when that time comes.

Inside skills train slow on smaller players, however if you want to train IS. I think 1V1F or JS/F is a option. (Both trains JS/IS & allows Inside skills to be trained without playing your player out of position aka Guard at C)

Yeah i started training them at 1/1 forwards the past few weeks where all 3 have always been trained 1/1 guards to get to where they are now currently.
