Hello everyone!

I've been studying the Outside Box and One for a while, and I'm considering it among my defensive options going on. There's one thing that I haven't been able to understand really well.

What's the impact of the O Box and One on the opponent's offensive flow? It is well known that the 3-2 zone is pretty effective in disrupting ball movement compared to a m2m, where would you place the Box in a comparison?

Thank you!
