As the title says: on Fridays what runs first GS update and then training or training and then GS? I would like to know in case I train stamina this week or the next (therefore I would like to know if the new stamina is factored in for the GS calculation or not)

Speaking of stamina, when and how often would you train It? My guys for the most part have poor stamina.....

I would assume that they run as one training procedure, if I were going to make an assumption. It wouldn't make any sense for training values based on minutes played and stamina to ue the minutes played from Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday but the stamina from Friday, but of course I am probably equally as likely to be wrong as correct.

I trained stamina this season on a guy who was in proficient game shape 2 consecutive weeks, he gained about 20k DMI at the update.

Well, in the end it worked out ok: 9 proficient and 2 good strong GS. All 11 guys had between 58 and 65 minutes. I can live with that.
