As the title says: on Fridays what runs first GS and then training or training and then GS? I would like to know in case I train stamina this week or the next (therefore I would like to know if the new stamina is factored in for the GS calculation or not)
I would assume that they run as one training procedure, if I were going to make an assumption. It wouldn't make any sense for training values based on minutes played and stamina to ue the minutes played from Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday but the stamina from Friday, but of course I am probably equally as likely to be wrong as correct.
