hey, im 7th in my league, wont make it to the playoffs, so, when other teams are battling each other, i wont have any gamess right? only scrimmages

does this mean my training will be jeopardised and my weekly income will drop, while my expenses stay up?

what is the playout or playdown like? didnt find much info on it (which teams is it between, what do the winners/losers get...)
