Keep in mind that there is a thing called 'Elastic Effect' which is the impact that other skills have on the skills you are training. For example JS trains faster if DR/HA/IS are high, JR trains faster if JS is high (you can see this in Coach Parrot, sheet "Coeff", range A245:K255). Usually there is a pretty logical argument for training 1v1 (DR) first and then to go with the skill that train faster or where you have a larger gap to fill based on your target.
Keep in mind the most important skill for a guard in this game is OD.
