I've been playing this game for a while now but I only recently discovered that by hovering on a legendary skill, the help text gives the exact skill level. I remembered seeing only 20+ but it shows the actual value of the skill. So I had fun looking at the highest skill I could find, obviously, free-throw is the one. I found a player (currently on the transfer list) with a FT skill at 47! Did you see something better? What about non-FT skills? I remember seeing one player with 24 or 25 in Driving.
