Yes or no? If I change my training in the middle of the week, say on Tuesday before the game, will it change my training plan and players trained for the weeks remaining games?

Yes.

As long as you change your training before that week's training update it will take effect. You could change it after all three games have been played as long as it is before the Friday update.

So I can change my training for all 3 games in a week? Saturdays game my training is Rebounding/Center-Power Forward. Right before Tuesdays game I change it to One on One/ Guards and right before Thursdays game I move it to One on One/ Forwards? I can do that?

You can change it.

Training for the week is only determined at the training update. It does not matter what it is set as during or before a game. If you look at the "weekly stats" page (<---under roster on left menu), you'll notice that some minutes are highlighted green/red. If you change training to a different position and reload that page, a different set of minutes will be highlighted green/red. At the training update tomorrow morning, training will be calculated and the minutes will be reset to zero for the upcoming week.

Training is not provided per game, like in real life.

It is given to your players at the end of the week. The different training options are binded to the positions. So if you choose your training, you will see, wich positions are affected, for receiving the choosen training. 100% training is only provided, if your trainee has been playing min. 48 minutes on that position. Although it isnĀ“t really logical, you can choose the kind of training at the end of the week. So if your trainee played 48 Minutes on Center, then you my choose on thursday or friday morning, if he should receive ID-, BL- or IS-training.

Despite that, it is still a good idea to plan your training, for your roster-management. As I said, the training is bind to positions, so if you want to train a certain skill, the player has to play (min. 48!!!!!!!!!!! minutes) on that position, regardless if he suits this position or not.

Hope, this helps you out.
Best regards.

PS: 48 Minutes is the neccessary value to receive 100% training. >48 Minutes, wont give your player more training, but <48 (e.g. 47 minutes) will give him less.

To hopefully make things easier, pretend that every Friday morning you have a practice at 6:10AM and that practice is based off of what you have set your training to at that moment. So if you have JS/Guards set when today hit at 6:10AM then that's what was trained for this week. When it's next Friday 7/8 at 6:10AM and you have Reb/Forwards set then that's what will be trained for that week. Only one type of training can be done each week and only done on Fridays. So just think whatever your training is set to for Friday morning is what will be trained.

Now to get more advanced, training only trains those players who get the 48 minutes playing time during the week at the positions you have set. Check the Weekly Stats and it will show you in green if they have enough minutes for full training or in red if they don't have enough minutes to be fully trained.
